The terms of use apply to the entire website, email and/or any other type of communication between you and BootstrapHunter. By accessing BootstrapHunter you confirm that you are bound by the terms and conditions contained in the terms of use outlined below.
PRODUCTS
All products are delivered by a downloads page after a successful payment has been processed through PayPal. In addition product download link are electronically sent to your email address. BootstrapHunter is not responsible for any technological delays beyond our control.
OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the product is governed by the usage license selected by the seller. Whenever you’re in doubt about licensing rights contact the seller. One seller may intrepret the text in BootstrapHunter’s licensing rights differently than another seller does.
PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through PayPal, a third party online payment provider. BootstrapHunter does not process payments through its website.
REFUND POLICY
You have 24 hours to inspect your theme to determine if it does not meet with the expectations laid forth by the seller. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, BootstrapHunter will issue you a refund provided you to specify how the product failed to live up to the seller’s description. Once we confirm your specification is accurate your refund will be issued through PayPal.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
Changes to these terms of use will happen. When we change our terms of use we will post those changes on this page. If you are a subscriber on our email list we will also mail you a copy of the changed terms.
